Protemos is live

Our partners, Protemos LLC, officially released a business translation management system for freelancers and translation agencies — Protemos.

Protemos TMS was officially presented for the first time during the Ukrainian Translation Industry Conference (UTIC) in June 2016.

The version for translation agencies allows you to combine all processes into a single system:

  • maintaining databases of clients and translators including rates, terms, and contact information
  • controlling deadlines to deliver projects to customers and to get files from vendors on time
  • coordinating all projects and distributing the workload among vendors
  • organized and protected file storage
  • invoices, payments, financial results, and analytics

Freelancers can focus on the translation itself, delegating to the TMS such tasks as client order recording, deadline monitoring, organizing files, sending invoices, and ensuring timely payments.

We took part in active system testing from the very beginning. Now, we have been using Protemos for translation agencies for almost a year in our internal business processes.

Protemos is much simpler compared to other similar TMS. Just open a quick manual, sign up, and you can start creating your first project easily.

Currently, both freelancers and translation agencies can sign up for free and start using the TMS. Protemos freelance version will stay free forever. The first 100 signed-up translation agencies can use Protemos for translation agencies for free until 2017.
