Technolex was proud to be represented at the #ELIATogether 2025 conference in Barcelona, organized by the European Language Industry Association (ELIA). This vibrant industry event brought together open-minded, forward-thinking professionals from across the localization sector, and it was a pleasure to reconnect with long-time partners and meet new faces in person.
The key takeaways from the event reflect the current challenges and opportunities facing the language services industry:
- AI can be a great tool; we just need to adapt. It is no longer possible to ignore it or risk being left behind.
- PEOPLE are human being and need to feel valued, especially in the AI era.
- CONCURENCY is always a painful issue. It affects all market players (end customers, LSPs, freelancers), but this is the market and the fastest, most active and adaptive will always win.
We are grateful to ELIA for organizing such a meaningful event and look forward to putting new ideas into action. Events like these remind us why we love being part of this dynamic and evolving industry.
