1. AI can be a great tool; we just need to adapt. It is no longer possible to ignore it or risk being left behind.
2. PEOPLE are human being and need to feel valued, especially in the AI era.
3. CONCURENCY is always a painful issue. It affects all market players (end customers, LSPs, freelancers), but this is the market and the fastest, most active and adaptive will always win.
